The Medi Therme Bochum offers its guests a variety of indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a massage and beauty department, as well as upscale gastronomy in a Mediterranean atmosphere on 40,000 square meters.


For our establishment, we are looking for a highly motivated guest service manager/wellness manager who wants to help us further develop the Medi Therme wellness concept.

Without exaggeration, we can say that the Medi Therme Bochum is unique in its entirety in terms of equipment and concept in Germany.


Responsibilities:


With your professional competence and a well-groomed, positive, and friendly demeanor, it is easy for you to pamper and inspire our guests with a smile.


If you are used to working independently, autonomously, and as part of a team, are flexible in your time management, and have no problem working on holidays and weekends, then we look forward to receiving your application.


Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Several years of experience, ideally in a hotel or beauty institute
  • Additional qualification in the field of medical foot care preferred
  • Solid technical and product knowledge
  • High quality standards
  • Excellent manners
  • Driver's license is an advantage
