Arizona Off-Duty Specialists is an Arizona veteran-owned security guard agency providing services statewide in a variety of environments, with full-time, part-time, and on-call positions available.

Responsibilities:

*Maintain and enforce site duties, including access to the property and visitor management. *Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior of a property to identify and initiate corrective action against any potential risk to the building's occupants or property. *Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established protocol; compile information as necessary or as directed and provide data to appropriate personnel. *Professionally interact with all
individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate potentially unsafe, hostile situations. *Conduct building inspections to ensure that all security and safety devices deployed are accounted for, documented, and in good working order. *Document all incidents through an online reporting system to include a narrative of the incident, photos, statements by any involved parties, personal observations made, notifications to supervisors, and any evidence available to assist in required follow-up.

Qualifications:

*Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. *Must be licensed through AZDPS and possess a current/active guard card. *Minimum of 2 years of security experience. *Must be available to work flexible schedules. *Must be able to stand for long periods of time. *Customer-focused with strong customer service skills. *Ability to use reporting and scheduling phone apps. *Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.

Education:

*High school or equivalent degree *Thank you for your interest

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $20.00/hour.
