Sparkassen DirektVersicherung AG is a successful company located in Düsseldorf. We have been specializing in private car insurance for over 25 years, but also offer other insurance products and aim to expand our activities. Our customers benefit from our 3-S concept: Savings. Service. Security.
We are looking for Administrative Assistants (m/f/d) in Customer Service.
What to expect from us:
- You will answer phone calls and written inquiries from potential customers and create quotes.
- You will provide advice to our existing customers on contractual matters.
- You will take on an additional task, based on your skills and interests.
- As part of our consultation, you will also promote other products during incoming calls.
- You will work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, and approximately 5-6 Saturdays per year from 9am to 1pm.

- You enjoy communicating with people and are happy to help.
- You are well-organized and flexible with your time.
- You have a customer-oriented approach and can come up with solutions independently.
- You have sales skills
