For our event locations, Schloss Bückeburg and Lilly's in the castle park, as well as other locations such as Bad Oeynhausen, we are looking for a service manager in the banquet and event department.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent planning, execution, and management of events and catering
  • Pre and postevent preparation of the venue
  • Taking responsibility for guest service and coordinating temporary staff
  • Ensuring quality standards are met
  • Managing the service team
  • Calculating costs, logistics planning, and coordinating with clients
  • Developing creative catering and gastronomy concepts

Your profile:
