Training and education in the field of electrical/automation technology
Compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Adherence to the budget set by AWA e.

Tasks:

Development and continuous improvement of necessary training and education measures
Demandoriented vocational training/ further education in the areas of mechatronics, electronics, and automation
Participation in examination committees
Teaching theoretical knowledge and practical skills in vocational training and further education
Preparation of our participants (apprentices and other education participants) for their professional activities
