As part of our growth, we are looking for reinforcements in the Knauf Interfer Group.


Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor order processing and scheduling, and clarify and prioritize in case of bottlenecks
  • Track goods flows and inventory levels within the supply chain
  • Coordinate the logistical processing of our orders, taking into account customer needs and production capacities, and coordinate deliveries
  • Responsible for material planning for purchased materials and external services
  • Point of contact for customers, suppliers, and departments regarding scheduling
  • Coordinate information with internal and external interfaces
  • Prepare key figures for essential supply chain processes
  • Support projects and sample parts for an assigned business area
  • Assist in cleaning up and updating the ERP system

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in the supply chain field, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience with SAP and customer portals preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good English skills
  • Structured, solutionoriented, and processoriented thinking combined with a strong handson mentality and implementation skills
  • Resilience, communication skills, and logical thinking
