This
Global Content
Manager position works out of Alameda (CA) location.


What you do:

The Content Manager will be responsible for executing and overseeing the development of content for Lingo. You will develop product and marketing content with a customer-centric mindset.

Your mission is to deliver high quality, delightful and engaging content from concept to production and storytelling through a wide range of digital formats.

You will identify and collaborate with various resources including customers, influencers, partners and freelancers to create content in a multitude of different formats (video, graphics, data visualization, app and website).

You will ensure all content produced is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice and passes scientific, regulatory and legal reviews.

You will work with a team of content creators and freelancers.

help them execute the content strategy and ensure that the team knows with accurate detail what they are expected to create.

You have experience developing marketing and/or product content in a fast-changing consumer tech environment.


Key responsibilities and accountability

  • Develop and execute the content strategy to drive awareness, differentiation, engagement and retention for Lingo
  • Track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of content against business goals
  • Stay abreast of latest industryrelated topics and trends to identify new customers' needs and expectations
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop insights, design, product owners, data science, clinical and other experts for content creation, and coordinate with brand, marketing, PR and other functions to leverage synergies

Pivotal experience and expertise

  • 5+ years' experience
  • Creative thinking mindset in fastevolving technology environments
  • Strong understanding of user expectations, industry trends and research methodologies
  • Relevant experience in content creation
  • A bachelor's or higher degree in arts, education, languages, sociology, psychology or any related fields
  • Remote team management
  • Proficient in Contentful and AEM
