    Director of Continuous Improvement manufacturing

    The Siena Group is seeking a skilled Director of Continuous Improvement to drive growth and excellence in our thin gauge thermoforming packaging company.

    This critical role involves developing and implementing an overarching continuous improvement strategy across our North American manufacturing footprint, partnering with Plant Managers to deliver tangible and sustainable results.

    • Leverage expertise to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions.

    We value collaboration and communication. As the CI Leader will be based at our headquarters in the Midwest but also spend time traveling between plants you must be able to effectively interact with diverse teams while working independently when necessary.
    $200000 annual salary
