Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team.

The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team by providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing.

This position is fully in person. No remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, pricing details, and assist customers in selecting the appropriate diamond blades for their specific needs.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer orders effectively.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Higher
• 1+ years' experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of construction or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
