R-KOM is building the fiber optic network of the future. Every year, we connect over 5,000 units in more than 500 buildings - a challenging task.


Your responsibilities:


  • Together with experienced colleagues, you operate and maintain our internet service platforms (such as internet, WiFi, security)
  • You plan and coordinate the implementation of customer solutions
  • You use the latest IT tools and techniques to keep our system landscape efficient
  • You provide 2nd/3rd level support
  • You are willing to participate in a separately compensated oncall duty

Our requirements:


  • You have completed an IT apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience (at least
    DQR level 4)
  • You design and implement individual customer solutions
  • You feel at home on Linux systems
  • You have gained experience with IP networks
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor and experience in customer contact
  • You demonstrate flexibility, responsibility, and team spirit
