Major Responsibilities:
3 (10%).
Represents the company at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, sponsored events, etc.), provide any participants with information about the company and career opportunities.
4 (10%). Participates in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, process improvement efforts.All other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Human Capital Institute Strategic Acquisition certification required or achieved within 1 year of employment.
Preferred:
- Relevant professional credentials, such as SHRM-CP, HCI Strategic Talent Acquisition, or Certified Internet Recruiter.
Experience/Skill:
Required:
1. 2 to 4 years of related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion in confidential situations.
Preferred:
- Previous human resources or talent acquisition experience; LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge a plus.
- Workday experience highly desirable.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
