- Manage and monitor inventory claim and damage records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Communicates with assigned warehouse and perform weekly inventory audit.
- Proactively resolves operation-related malfunctions and responds to requests or issues.
- Assist with ISO compliance and sustainability reporting.
- Order, stock and distribute office supplies/promotional products.
- Maintain office expenses log and assets management.
- Support day-to-day office administration, such as preparing communication, emails, reports and other correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Coordinating all business-related travel needs.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
- Manage incoming deliveries and efficiently handle mail sorting and distribution.
- Run routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Office administration and operation experience.
- Understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
