    Job Title: Operation Assistant

    Department: Business Operation

    JOB PURPOSE

    We are seeking a full-time Operations Assistant responsible for providing support in inventory, purchase, and office operation. He / She revolves around supporting others and performs general clerical tasks.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

    • Manage and monitor inventory claim and damage records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
    • Communicates with assigned warehouse and perform weekly inventory audit.
    • Proactively resolves operation-related malfunctions and responds to requests or issues.
    • Assist with ISO compliance and sustainability reporting.
    • Order, stock and distribute office supplies/promotional products.
    • Maintain office expenses log and assets management.
    • Support day-to-day office administration, such as preparing communication, emails, reports and other correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
    • Coordinating all business-related travel needs.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
    • Manage incoming deliveries and efficiently handle mail sorting and distribution.
    • Run routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED / PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
    • Office administration and operation experience.
    • Understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and organization skills.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/HAZARDOUS WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: From $20.00 per hour
