We offer legal services in seven practice areas and have two convenient locations.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Litigation and Family Law Paralegal at Law Offices of Gillespie, Shields & Taylor. The Senior Litigation and Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions. They will work closely with our attorneys to support them in their casework and trial preparation.

    Qualifications
    • Excellent knowledge and experience in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
    • Proficiency in drafting pleadings and motions
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in legal software and research tools
    • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
    • Experience in litigation and family law is preferred
    • Knowledge of local court rules and procedures is beneficial
