Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting or Finance is required
Must have a minimum of five years with at least 2 years with SMB experience working in the accounting department with at least two years as a manager
Working knowledge of US GAAP. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Ability to work with all levels of personnel, from staff to executive management, and international accounting team
Prior experience with QuickBooks online required.
Experience working with ConnectWise, financial reporting software, and proficiency in MS Office especially Excel highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently and to change priority of tasks as needed.
Capable of working collaboratively; consistently meeting deadlines.
A self
Motivated and proactive attitude towards researching problems and completing assignments; and effective oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Manage all data entry of general ledger, cash management, and accounts reconciliation, payroll processing, and manage receivable and payable functions.
Manage end to end accounting process
Review financial data from international subsidiarys for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate monthly close with Company Departments
Prepare financial statements for multiple business entities
Conduct monthly reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data
Manage payroll and track bonus and commission plans
Assist human resources with onboarding employees
Participate in the development of the operating budget
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Other related duties as required
