Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you'll be the architect of our patients' journey towards their dream smiles.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs through discovery, and schedule appointments for them to embark on their orthodontic transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospective clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, email, and text.
Articulate the unique benefits of our orthodontic services, effectively conveying how Define Orthodontics can fulfill their needs and aspirations.
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and appointments using our cutting-edge CRM software.
Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, nurturing prospects toward treatment commencement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
Comfortable with outbound calling and proficient in employing warm calling techniques to build rapport with clients.
Enthusiastic about learning and understanding technical aspects of orthodontic treatments to better serve our clientele.
