For our new location in Leipzig, we are looking for:

Staffing Coordinator (m/f/d) and/or
Client Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for working in the medical staffing industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acquiring and managing clients in the healthcare and nursing sector within your designated sales territory
Scheduling and coordinating staff assignments and leading your team in client placements
Ensuring employee motivation through proactive leadership
Acting as the main point of contact for your team, handling all personnel and laborrelated matters
Regularly reporting on key performance indicators and implementing measures to achieve goals
Conducting interviews with potential candidates
Working closely with the recruitment department
Maintaining thorough documentation

We expect the following from you:

Ideally, you have experience in staffing or the healthcare industry as a nurse, caregiver, healthcare professional, medical assistant, or in other healthcare roles.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a communicative and openminded person
You have sales experience, preferably in HR or the medical field
You are reliable and familiar with the language of the medical industry
You are creative in developing sales strategies to acquire new clients
