    Description

    Summary: Inside Sales Team Leader will join a cohesive and scaling team to grow with the company to the next level with a recent expansion in territory and product lines. This will consist of daily planning and project review for a complex engineered system with multiple interconnected products the company represents. This person will ensure all deadlines are met while also searching and identifying the full array of opportunities within our geographic territory.

    Day to Day responsibilities:

    · Review bidding services and DOT websites to obtain potential projects

    · Organize deadlines for team of estimators to ensure that no bid is missed

    · Setting and tracking sales targets

    · Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process

    · Develop strong working knowledge of the products and services offered

    · Prepare and review quotes and estimate sheets.

    · Fielding customer questions regarding our estimates

    · Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the inside sales team

    · Review specifications and send to our manufacturing partners to ensure proper product and pricing is accurate

    · Consolidate any quotations into an integrated product estimate to provide to DOT, municipal and government agencies, and contractors

    · Preparing accurate and timely estimates, as well as ensuring the same from the staff estimators by prioritizing and scheduling upcoming bids.

    · Facilitating and maintain ongoing transparent communication to the inside sales operation to managers and team members

    · Preparing sales reports as requested by EVP and President



    Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    · 3 years of DOT or construction estimating experience related to products.

    · Experience reviewing technical details, reading blueprints/schematics, specification plan sheets.

    · Prior Experience and strong math aptitude related to pricing, markup and margin.

    · Must be tech savvy and fluently navigate MS outlook, word, excel and adobe. (SAP a plus)

    · Personal organizational and communication skills to provide accurate and timely information.

    · Deadline driven, and comfortable working in a team environment.
