    Family Practice physician employment in California :

    Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO)
    Community Health Centers (FQHCs)
    San Jose, CA

    Join a fully-integrated non-profit community health center located in San Jose, CAAs a Federally Qualified Health Center, our number one mission is to serve and care for the underserved populations of the San Francisco Bay Area.

    Opportunity Highlights:

    • M-F (8am-Spm) work schedule, no on-call, paid holidays,and a HUGE PTO package
    • $229,581 - $238,764+ $20,000 Sign-on Bonus, Relocation, andquality/productivityincentives
    • Student Loan Repayment available of up to $25,000/year Qualified for NHSC.
    • 403(b) retirement w/employer match
    • 20-days of PTO, 6-days of CME, ESL (extended sick leave), and 10+ Holidays
    • Medical Malpractice Insurance costs covered through the FTCA at NO COST TO YOU
    • 100% outpatient based organization withno hospital requirements
