The Backhaus Nahrstedt is a family-run, franchised artisanal business with over 55 years of tradition. Located in Meiningen-Dreißigacker, we produce bread, rolls, fine baked goods, and cakes according to our own recipes. From here, we currently supply 77 of our own regional specialty shops and cafes in Thuringia and Northern Bavaria with fresh baked goods.

We are looking for skilled professionals or ambitious career changers (m/f/d) to strengthen our kitchen team at the main bakery in 98617 Meiningen.

RESPONSIBILITIES (depending on shift)

  • Production of various snacks and dishes for our branch stores according to production plan
  • Preparation of daily dishes for the lunch menu at the main bakery
  • Participation in the development of products and recipe ideas

  • Compliance with quality standards and HACCP hygiene concept
