De
productiefaciliteiten
in Boxmeer zijn een onderdeel van het wereldwijde Animal Health productienetwerk en hier worden diergeneesmiddelen ontwikkeld en geproduceerd volgens GMP-standaarden. Wij werken volgens ons eigen Production System (MPS), wat gebaseerd is op Lean Six Sigma en inclusieprincipes. De productieorganisatie in Boxmeer bestaat uit diverse zogenaamde Integrated Process Teams (IPT's) en Centres of Excellence (CoE's).
Je komt te werken in een team met 17 vaste collega's in de afdeling Maintenance Utilities & Inbound en voert je werkzaamheden uit over alle locaties. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in dagdienst waarbij je op termijn ook volgens een vast opgesteld rooster geconsigneerd bent. Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance en Reliability Lead van de afdeling MU&I.
Over de functie
Als Proces & Automation engineer ben je betrokken bij de dagelijkse operatie van onze systemen en hebt een belangrijke taak om deze werkend te houden. Dit varieert van procesinstallaties tot
gebouwbeheersystemen.
Je verleent ondersteuning bij het oplossen van complexe storingen.
Je bent betrokken bij grote complexe nieuwbouw- en/of renovatieprojecten. Binnen deze projecten ben je kennisdrager en zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar de gebruiksfase. Een ander belangrijk aspect waar je mee bezig gaat is het beheren van alle software.
De Proces & Automation engineer is in staat om(complexe) problemen te analyseren, te vertalen naar passende oplossingen en kan deze indien nodig ook implementeren.
Jouw profiel
Jij bent (of wilt er een worden) een automatiseerder in hart en nieren. Je bent communicatief vaardig, resultaatgericht en je bent een echte teamspeler. Met jouw organisatorisch vermogen weet je waar de prioriteiten liggen en neem je weloverwogen, maar consequente beslissingen.
Verder vragen wij:
HBO afgeronde opleiding op gebied van Industriele Automatisering of Mechatronica
Specifieke kennis van Siemens PLC's, PCS7, Tia Portal, WinCC
Kennis van Meet- en Regeltechniek
Kennis van Industriële netwerken, Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus
Is een resultaatgerichte teamspeler.
Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
