As a (Senior) Account Executive m/w/d, you are the strategic (process) consultant for companies in a digitized world and make them more future-proof, humane, and efficient with our HR software.

THE TASKS:

  • Independent acquisition from lead generation to deal closure. You focus on acquiring enterprise customers.
  • You focus on a specific industry: manufacturing, healthcare, retail, logistics, or services.
  • You build a deep understanding of company processes in connection with workforce management (time tracking, personnel deployment planning) so that you are valued and able to convince decision-makers at the C-level.
  • Successful software sales for us means an ideal combination of sales elements and process-oriented business consulting.
  • You work closely with the presales team, legal, and our IT consultants.
  • Travel activity of 10%-50% (depending on the specific role).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or consulting.
  • Experience in explaining complex processes.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers.
  • Successfully completed studies.
  • We are open to candidates from outside the software industry :-).
  • Very good German and English skills
