'We are currently seeking a
Employee in Care Services / Deputy Facility Manager (m/f/d) for the Community Living for chronically mentally ill people in Freital, St. Augustine, IL. The position is permanent and has a workload of 32 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time employment.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementation of individual care, activities and leisure measures
  • Promotion of residents according to care planning
  • Implementation of individual basic care and simple medical treatment care
  • Creation of care plans and care priorities
  • Work in a reference care system
  • Accompanying residents to doctor's appointments
  • Representation of the facility manager in their absence

Requirements:


  • Degree as a special education nurse, special education teacher, rehabilitation educator or special education teacher or nursing specialist or educator with additional special education training
  • Preferably experience with chronically mentally ill adults and/or in disability services
  • Empathetic and open approach to residents
  • Good organizational skills
  • Reliability, mental resilience, teamwork
  • Shift work, including weekends and holidays
  • Identification with the goals and mission statement of Diakonie Dresden
