:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Tour Planning and Coordination:
- Develop a comprehensive tour itinerary, including locations, dates, and times.
- Coordinate with venues and secure necessary permits for activations.
- Ensure all tour logistics, such as transportation, equipment, and materials, are prepared and organized.
- Create engaging and interactive cigar experiences for customers and enthusiasts.
- Set up and manage the experience vehicle, ensuring it is visually appealing and functional.
- Educate participants about cigar products, brand history, and the art of cigar appreciation.
- Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for tour attendees.
- Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and tastings to enhance customer engagement.
- Collect feedback and customer insights to improve future activations.
- Represent the cigar company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Promote brand values, quality, and uniqueness to participants.
- Build strong relationships with attendees to enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of cigars and promotional materials.
- Safeguard merchandise and equipment during transportation and activation.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, attendance, and participant feedback.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the company regarding tour performance.
- Ensure the experience vehicle is always wellmaintained and operational.
- Schedule regular vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Comfortable with long hours of standing and walking during activations.
- Ability to drive and set up an experience vehicle.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university desirable; 5-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Ambassador Retail marketing and digital experience, preferably from luxury retail.
