This is what our training looks like

You can expect a complete orientation week with us, where you can get to know our facility, your trainers, and the other trainees.

As our training team is exclusively available to our trainees, we can offer more guidance time than usual.
Our training team consists of dedicated, young practical instructors and 2 nursing educators.
You have the opportunity to exchange experiences and learn together with about 30 other trainees.

You will also receive internal lessons that will prepare you well for exams and everyday work. This allows us to provide targeted support for each trainee.
A fair treatment of our trainees is very important to us and is supported by various measures. And if you have any questions or concerns, our training team is always there for you.

Kessler-Handorn is a nursing competence center with several locations in and around Kaiserslautern, which cover the entire spectrum of care and support.
