Description

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing parts produced by production to ensure that they meet required specifications and quality standards.

Collins Machine Works offers a sign-on bonus in the amount of $2,000 to be paid after six months of satisfactory employment performance.

Collins Machine Works also offers employee referral bonuses in the amount of $1,000 per referral to be paid after the referred employee has completed six months of satisfactory employment performance.

• Determines and uses appropriate inspection processes to confirm assigned products and parts meet specifications utilizing quality control systems and procedures
• Conducts visual and dimensional tests using calibrated equipment to ensure the accuracy of the finished products and conformance to customer specifications
• Determines whether parts not meeting specifications can be salvaged
• Documents measured results of machining operations
• Prepares reports and associated paperwork documenting inspection findings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Performs other related duties as assigned
