Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office functioning.
This is a full-time position.Duties:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
- Oversee payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience with Rent Manager Software is a plus
- Budgeting knowledge and experience
- Excellent office management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of human resources practices
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Strong clerical skills

From $3,000.00 per month
