Texas Independent Breweries Firm is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to join our team.

• Represent themselves and the company to the highest standards.
• Safely deliver products and promotional materials to our retail accounts throughout the territory, using the company vehicle and accurately collecting payment from customers.
• Safely be able to drive an assigned company vehicle.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and brand representation with all accounts, vendors, and customers.
• Utilize software systems to navigate efficiently and safely to assigned accounts in the territory. Accurately pull orders scheduled for delivery and communicate important information to other members of the team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment. Including assigned company vehicle.
• Service and clean draught lines, take accurate inventory, and complete documentation per company policy.
• Maintain a companysupplied toolbox with all supplies necessary to complete jobs.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Physical strength, flexibility, and stamina are required to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to lift and move 160lbs frequently.
• Have a passion for craft beer, eagerness to learn, and desire to be a part of a team.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Strong mechanical and technical ability.
• Background in logistics preferred.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday and 30-40 hours per week. Occasional weekend days as needed. Schedule and hours based on the delivery needs of our clients.

Pay:
$16.00 to 18.00 per hour to start depending on experience. Opportunity for increase based off job performance.
