MERISIER is a rapidly growing startup based in Berlin, with a presence in Tara Hills, CA. We specialize in developing communication products and also act as a unique agency for conceptual gifting. Our small, close-knit, international team is breaking new ground in a field we have created ourselves. Our goal is to elevate relationship building to a new level. We have successfully supported both businesses and private clients with gifting for years. Our B2B business with renowned companies and corporations is a central pillar of MERISIER.

Our ambitious team is made up of exceptional talents. We are looking for dedicated new team members to strengthen our core competencies.


Responsibilities:

  • As part of our daily operations, we are seeking support in office management and logistics.
  • You will be the first point of contact for our employees for organizational matters.
  • You will maintain order in the office, meeting rooms, and our warehouse.
  • You will assist with procuring office supplies, IT hardware, office furniture, etc. and keep track of inventory.
  • You will be the central point of contact for service providers (property management, suppliers, etc.).
  • You will assist with gift packaging for fulfillment.
  • You will receive goods and enter them into our system.
  • You will coordinate outgoing shipments with our shipping service provider.

Qualifications:

  • You enjoy working in and with a team, are selfmotivated, and responsible.
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You are extremely reliable
