- Conduct farm audits to maintain SOP compliance and facility upkeep.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of animals, personnel, and supplies.
- Prioritize health and safety for staff and animals, track feed inventory, and manage costs efficiently.
- Optimize controllable expenses like supplies, labor, and medication, along with creating employee schedules.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in swine production.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English, with preference for bilingual English/Spanish skills.
