Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolutions to client issues.

Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and updates as needed.

Conduct proactive outreach to existing clients to identify opportunities for additional services and cross-sales.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client retention and business growth initiatives.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to better serve clients and provide relevant insights.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related a plus.

Previous experience in client service, account management, or similar roles preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks and communications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Knowledge of property tax consulting or real estate industry is a plus.
