Description

La Plant is looking for construction mechanics to manufacture sheet metal and mechanical engineering constructions. This involves producing corresponding components and assembling them into complete assemblies and products. They work in companies in the mechanical and vehicle engineering as well as metal construction industries.

Your future profession

With us, you will first learn the basic skills such as bending, welding, laser cutting, etc. Then you will be taught programming and operation of complex CNC machines. Your acquired expertise will then be applied in practical projects. You will learn the entire process chain - from SAP-supported work preparation to quality control and delivery.

Training details

Training duration 3.5 years
Possible reduction of training time depending on previous knowledge/education

Training process

Dual training system: comprehensive training in the company and at vocational school
Additional theoretical lessons and training on the respective machine or in the respective production area in the company. Followed by practical implementation.
Complete rotation through all production areas: from work preparation to final assembly
Implementation of your own projects in the company as well as practical use in ongoing production
