As a Solution Engineer (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of a growing team with global responsibility for high-temperature heat pumps. We offer an environment characterized by a culture of personal responsibility, short decision-making processes, and flat hierarchies. You will develop heat pump solutions based on in-depth knowledge of our products and project-specific conditions of customer processes. You will evaluate the technical and economic feasibility and derive requirements for product improvements. In addition, you will support the preparation of offers and project execution.
How You Can Make a Difference

Developing solutions for high-temperature heat pumps in close collaboration with potential customers, technical experts, and sales
Cost estimation of heat pump solutions
Evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of high-temperature heat pump solutions
Supporting sales and offer activities
Identifying and documenting customer needs to derive product requirements

What You Bring

Completed engineering degree, preferably in the fields of process engineering, mechanical engineering, or energy technology, and at least 3 years of professional experience in industrial heat pump or refrigeration technology
Expert knowledge in heat pump technology
Extensive experience in developing heat pump solutions and evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of customer applications
