JOB TITLE:
Shipping & Receiving Clerk**
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include managing material handling activities and ensuring timely delivery to personnel and customers. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential for internal advancement.

• Forklift experience required.
• Incoming shipping experience required.
• Outgoing shipping experience required.
• Preparing parts for oversized processing.
• Handle lifting, stacking containers, and maintaining production traceability.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Receive packages from various carriers like UPS, Fed Ex, etc.
• Navigate UPS & Fed Ex web portals to generate labels.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet material handling requirements and deadlines effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your department.
• Document detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments via computer.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Selfmotivate, stay organized, and ensure clean work areas at all times.
• Exhibit excellent attendance and dependability.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior forklift certification/experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong general math and problemsolving skills are necessary, with knowledge of online carrier navigation being advantageous.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The role involves working in a manufacturing and Shipping department, requiring regular sitting, standing, movement, and the ability to lift 4050 pounds.
