Your role:


  • Administrative support in the area of service/ technical building management, technical facility management
  • Contact person (m/f/d)/ interface for employees (m/f/d) and business partners (m/f/d)
  • General correspondence (written communication, protocols, notes, etc.) as well as scheduling and office organization
  • Entering purchase requests and preparing billing documents
  • Creation and evaluation of reports
  • Updating execution documents

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Independent, solutionoriented approach as well as structured and reliable work style and discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Maximo (an advantage)
