    Description
    Radware is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team!

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Provide level two technical support for Radware products with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize strong TCP/IP networking skills to troubleshoot and diagnose common network issues.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues within SLA guidelines.
    • Document actions and resolutions in tickets for effective communication.
    • Independently resolve problems and follow escalation procedures when necessary.
    • Reproduce and debug customer-reported issues in a lab environment.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to address and resolve technical issues.
    • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions for internal and external use.
    • Provide feedback on product issues to support the development process.
    • Develop guidelines for device management and efficiency improvements.
    • Maintain hardware to support current customers and future growth.
    • Possess a working knowledge of network monitoring tools like Wireshark.
    Requirements:
    • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with platforms such as FTD, ASA, Cisco Catalyst, and VMware.
    • Strong skills in networking protocols and technologies.
    Full-time position - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
