Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the daily work of the laboratory, implementing standardized management of the laboratory, and ensuring the effective operation of the laboratory.
Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of laboratory projects, ensuring that the projects are completed smoothly according to plan.
Responsible for the management of the laboratory technical team, personnel planning and construction, training and evaluation, supervision and authorization, formulation of technical personnel training plans, and organization and implementation.
Responsible for the construction of laboratory testing capabilities, quality control, and safety management, completing relevant qualification certifications for the laboratory, formulating and implementing safety management standards, and ensuring the safe and orderly operation of the laboratory.
Responsible for managing and controlling laboratory equipment and environmental conditions to ensure compliance with experimental requirements.
Responsible for communicating and coordinating with other departments such as operations to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Explore new technologies or methods and continuously optimize existing experimental processes.
Collect problems in the use of laboratory systems and provide feedback to achieve continuous upgrading and optimization of the system.
Responsible for laboratory material management, including the acquisition and procurement of reagents and consumables.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree or above, major in biotechnology, molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
Collaborating with Mandarinspeaking colleagues or partners, proficient Mandarin will be highly preferred.
Possess 35 years of relevant work experience in laboratory management, familiar with the principles of highthroughput sequencing technology and related instruments and equipment.
Understand the relevant laws and regulations of US laboratories, able to communicate with relevant departments and carry out work smoothly.
Familiar with Chinese and US quality systems, including but not limited to ISO9001, ISO17025, CNAS.
Possess good team management and communication skills, excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand certain pressure.
