Coast Flight Training & Management, Inc. is hiring a part-time Operations Specialist, based at our Conroe, Texas location. We are a fast-growing, recognized industry-leading flight training company, with strong relationships at all levels of the aviation industry. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has the ability to learn quickly and stay organized. Flight knowledge is a plus but not necessary.


The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the success of the daily flight schedule, ensure customer service needs are met, monitor student training progression, maintain customer retention, managing the aircraft to meet the pre-determined metrics (aircraft hours, instruction hours, student load, etc.).


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Point of contact and scheduler for all customers and managing their flight training availability
  • Tracking customer flight training progression
  • Billing and invoicing customers
  • Monitoring customer funds on account
  • Completing daily and weekly reports
  • Monitoring Day of flight operations
  • Audit company's scheduling system for correct customers session logs, billing, and training information
  • Coordinate with maintenance to manage the predictability of aircraft usage and addressing aircraft discrepancies
  • Coordinate with all departments and customers to ensure maximization of resource availability
  • Maintaining daily housekeeping of facilities

  • Work well under stressful situations
