Join our team in Bonn for 15-20 hours per week - and more during semester breaks - as a working student (m/f/d) in the Operations department.

Here's how you'll support us:

Welcome to the Operations department, where you'll support our team in operational quality management.
This includes assisting colleagues with task classification and organizing daytoday operations, with a focus on customer and service orientation.
In reporting, you'll use your analytical skills to help us prepare, evaluate, and create reports for the team.
You'll also contribute to creating work materials and internal presentations, and assist with various organizational and administrative tasks.

Here's what you'll bring:

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (from the 3rd semester) or Master's program in economics, business informatics, or a related field.
You are proficient in the MS Office suite, especially in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
