Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a
Regional Vice President in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of a designated region's property portfolio. Your strategic leadership will drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, expense management, and portfolio expansion.

Operational Oversight: Direct the day-to-day operations of properties within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the region. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability and asset value.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor property management teams. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly. Implement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Asset Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and attractive to tenants and visitors.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks. Implement effective safety, security, and emergency response protocols.

Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competition, and economic indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and market positioning.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, investors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on performance, initiatives, and strategic plans.

Compliance: Ensure properties adhere to regulatory requirements, lease agreements, and contractual obligations. Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a regional or executive leadership role.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and asset management.
Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills, with a track record of developing highperforming teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve objectives.
Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
