Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a
Regional Vice President in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, expense management, and portfolio expansion.

Operational Oversight: Direct the day-to-day operations of properties within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the region. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability and asset value.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor property management teams. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly. Implement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Asset Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and attractive to tenants and visitors.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks. Implement effective safety, security, and emergency response protocols.

Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competition, and economic indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and market positioning.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, investors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on performance, initiatives, and strategic plans.

Compliance: Ensure properties adhere to regulatory requirements, lease agreements, and contractual obligations. Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a regional or executive leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and asset management.
- Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills, with a track record of developing highperforming teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve objectives.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
