  • How to determine the need for IT systems and procure them
  • How to support your colleagues (from other departments) in using these systems
  • All about system administration
And ideally, you already bring:
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for various hardware and software systems
  • Commercial thinking and strong communication skills
  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate
