We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning data into actionable insights, be a pro-active problem solver, and possess excellent communication and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver analysis and insights using data to support the leadership team.
Support the leadership team with data requests.
Use Salesforce and other tools to gather data.
Use SQL and Power BI to generate insights and recommendations to Create queries and scripts to support business requirements.
Use data to suggest improvements to implementation processes.
Perform ad-hoc and regular data-related activities/processes as required.
Work with various technical and non-technical users to identify and resolve client challenges.
Develop new capabilities and solutions in the data world.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with experience working in the data analytics field.
Proficient in MS Excel and willing to learn new technologies as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pro-active attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Team player able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to use data to generate insights and recommendations.
Understanding of and willingness to learn SQL and Power BI.
Experience or understanding of Salesforce is an advantage.

Consulting skills, including knowledge and experience with a variety of techniques and methodologies to understand, elicit and resolve client challenges.

Ability to work independently and show initiative.
