    Generations Family Health Center, Inc.

    is a regional community health center covering a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut with sites located in Willimantic, Danielson, Norwich and Putnam.

    Our dedicated staff provides a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental and behavioral healthcare, as well as care coordination and community outreach.

    As a physician medical director, you will provide a full range of primary care services: from physical exams and therapeutic and surgical procedures, to patient education, and ensuring continuity of care.

    You will provide leadership and oversight of medical care at the Willimantic site in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Quality Officer.

    Experience in Ambulatory primary care setting preferred. Demonstrates the flexibility and resilience in response to changing clinical or administrative environments.


    Medical Director Salary Scale:
    $230,375+
    Medical Director role is 20% admin

    & Sign-On Bonus:

    $10,000
    Bilingual Stipend (for verified Spanish language fluency, Willimantic only): $5,000
