For our client
Lilly Deutschland GmbH, an international research-based pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking a:


Responsibilities:


  • Identification of key customers in defined accounts and ability to build empathetic customer relationships
  • Conducting competent specialist discussions (with gastroenterologists in clinics and practices)
  • Development and continuous improvement of strategic analyses for managed accounts
  • Development and implementation of new access routes, including F2F calls (virtual visits) for all customers, as well as creating an individual multichannel plan for each account
  • Development and implementation of contact routes for each customer to achieve optimal frequency using the ideal channels for each customer
  • Conveying health policy contexts, including billing topics

Requirements:


  • You have a degree in a natural science field or possess the expertise according to Section 75 of the Medicines Act
  • Several years of professional experience as a successful pharmaceutical representative, ideally with sales experience in the gastroenterology indication
  • High level of professional and social competence, as well as enjoyment of extensive teamwork
  • Independent thinking and acting, reliable and trustworthy
  • Clear sales ambitions and excellent sales skills in the area of "valueoriented selling"
  • Willingness to develop and implement new access options via multichannel
