• Prepare luxury vehicles for an exceptional showroom experience by washing, drying, and polishing them to perfection.
• Use specialized cleaning products and techniques to ensure the utmost care and maintenance of each vehicle's exterior surfaces.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, addressing every nook and cranny to achieve a flawless finish that exceeds customer expectations.
• Inspect vehicles for any imperfections or damages and promptly report them to the appropriate team members for further assessment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are consistently maintained in pristine condition.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the car wash area, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Embrace a coachable mindset, eagerly learning new techniques and procedures to enhance your skills and performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing assistance when needed, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Prior experience with quality care as well as any previous wash or detail experience on vehicles is required.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to achieving the highest level of quality in car washing and detailing.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately, ensuring consistent results and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and complete them within designated timelines.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problemsolving, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
• A customercentric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for clients.
