Job Summary

We are seeking self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates to join us in our mission of helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses with an industry-leading level of service.

+ Qualifications
  • Administrative or office-related experience and business experience preferred
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance/service industry is desired
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
+ Responsibilities: Monitor job file status scheduling Maintain job file WIPs Monitor ensure client requirements are followed Review validate initial field documentation Remain contact with customers clients Daily job file coordination preparing job file reports performing job file backup completing job file audit process Maintain internal external communications Office management duties Perform close-out
