Description
Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Software Engineering Center (SEC) Technical Services (Tech Services) Directorate Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) Support contract.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provides information to the government based on contractor personnel tasking, approach, accomplishments, situational analysis, after action reviews, mitigation strategies and corrective actions
- Oversees teams in the execution of duties to provide services, governance and compliance of contract and support to CECOM.
- Directs and provides leadership to contractor and subcontractor teams working with CECOM in accordance with existing procedures, applicable laws, and government requirements.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate crossproject initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for crossfunctional teams and external vendors/subcontractors.
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for upper management and stakeholders.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Provide constant communication with CECOM stakeholders with status of projects, sprints, backlogs
- Providing monthly Cost Reports with detailed burn down statistics of the entire team both induvial and overarching
- Accurate articulation of government expectations to contractor team
- Accurate and detailed articulation of contractor personnel work and accomplishments to government personnel
- Articulates accountability of contractor team to government personnel
- Coordinates and communicates time, availability and schedule of contracted team to government personnel.
- Succinct articulation of situations, activities, causes and outcomes.
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and determine if escalation involvement is necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Education may be substituted for years of experience.
- 10 years of experience in an uppermanagement role, preferably in program management.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
