What to expect?

  • You will advise and support employees with health restrictions and manage reintegration processes for our client companies in the Burlington region (Lüneburger Heide, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Oldenburg, Leer, Wilhelmshaven and Hamburg)
  • You will assist companies in developing recommendations for health promotion
  • You will develop solutions for future employment opportunities for employees after extended periods of absence
  • You will be the contact person for our clients and sales team in the above-mentioned region regarding company integration management
  • You will work in collaboration with relevant authorities and agencies (e.g. integration office, social security agencies, etc.)

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree in psychology, social pedagogy, education, social work or a comparable qualification with a focus on health management or human resources
  • You are trained and certified as a CDMP (Certified Disability Management Professional)
  • You have professional experience in consulting for company integration management
  • You have experience in implementing and developing processes for company integration management
  • You have strong consulting and social skills
  • You work in a service-oriented, independent and thorough manner
