Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our passionate team nearFort Worth, Texas. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in providing exceptional behavior analysis services to individuals of diverse ages with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths, challenges, and goals for clients.

Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on thorough data analysis and evidence-based practices.

Implement and supervise the implementation of behavior intervention strategies to promote skill development and decrease challenging behaviors.

Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.

Train and provide ongoing support to caregivers, support staff, and other team members on behavior management techniques.

Regularly collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions for effective treatment.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress, interventions, and treatment plans.

Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis and apply best practices to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Valid state licensure as required by the Texas State Board of Behavior Analyst Examiners.

Proven experience in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing behavior analysis services.
