What you will do:
We offer you an exciting work environment with the following tasks:

Review and revision of applications and offers to public institutions and commercial enterprises for research and development projects from a legal perspective
Preparation, review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements as well as cooperation and framework agreements
Legal support for our departments in the initiation of research and development contracts
For individually designed contracts, you will work with the respective legal departments of the headquarters in Munich
You act as a coordinator*in between the departments of the institute, the headquarters and the respective contract partners. This requires you to navigate between the mission of a publicly funded research institution and the expectations of industrial clients.
