Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for disciplinary and professional leadership of the logistics team, including employee development and evaluation
Optimization and monitoring of material flows and internal handling processes in areas such as incoming goods, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping
Leading the development and implementation of a long-term logistics strategy
Establishing and monitoring performance, quality, and productivity metrics for the department
Ensuring achievement of goals in terms of cost, productivity, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards
Responsible for budgeting and cost control in the logistics department
Ensuring availability and maintenance of logistics equipment
Planning staff deployment, taking into account vacations and training

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management
Alternatively, successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship with
